Introduction

The laboratory’s own announcement. Design Thinking for Metaskills Development, led by Dr. Chi Che, Head of Educational Leadership at Payap University’s International College. The charge on the seal is the charge in the film: innovate, learn, empower.

It states the framework the MOOC then teaches: four dimensions and seventeen meta-skills. The intellectual line it names in public runs from Neumeier (2012) and Skills Development Scotland’s Skills 4.0 (2018) to Scopus research by Dr. Chi Che, including the 2026 Q1 article in Frontiers in Education.

The same launch language aligns the lab with priorities carried by the OECD, the World Bank, and UNICEF, and with Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 17 — quality education, and partnership. On the founder’s own scholarly map, the work also touches decent work, innovation infrastructure, and reduced inequalities.

The film is the short door into the lab. The historical briefing on this site is the long one. Together they are the introduction the opening on 26 October 2026 was built to make public.
