Why the lab exists
Opened 26 October 2026
The DTMS Lab integrates design thinking with academic management — from needs analysis and priority setting through prototyping, implementation, and outcome evaluation. It is a collaboration among Master’s and doctoral students, faculty, schools, and international partners, housed in the Educational Leadership programs of Payap’s International College.
Its impact is aimed outward: research-informed practice, cross-border scholarly exchange, and the preparation of ethical, adaptive educational leaders for Southeast Asia and beyond. The work sits under Payap’s motto, Truth – Service, and beside SDG 4 and SDG 17.
