Introduction
This is the department’s introduction: Educational Leadership at the International College, before the laboratory is named as a place. It sets the claim the later films keep returning to. In the age of AI, knowing more is not enough. Future leaders need to think, connect, create, and decide.
Those four verbs are the public face of the four domains — Adaptive Expertise, Relational Dynamics, Creative Agility, and Strategic Synthesis. The film places them inside a graduate home: the M.A. (two years, 36 credits) and the Ph.D. (three years, 48 credits), taught in English or Chinese, on the Mae Khao campus in Chiang Mai.
Around the opening, the department’s own language to students was plain: from surviving to thriving, and future leaders start from here. This cut is the polished statement of that welcome — research-informed leadership, ethical practice, and a framework of four dimensions and seventeen meta-skills, grounded in design thinking and AI literacy.
Watch it first if you are new to Payap EL. The laboratory films assume the vocabulary this one establishes.
