Introduction

What makes a teacher an innovator? Episode 2 answers with the four domains, not with a personality type. Adaptive Expertise, Relational Dynamics, Creative Agility, and Strategic Synthesis are shown as the links between a meta-skill framework and teacherpreneurship.

The public episode cites 654 matched educator responses. That figure is the point of the film: teacherpreneurship is being treated as something that can be studied, not only admired. The Meta avatar of Dr. Chi Che carries the explanation, in the same series voice as Episode 1.

The department’s invitation at the end of the cut is direct — watch, and lead the future of education. Inside the lab, “lead” means the cycle the briefing describes: notice a need, set a priority, prototype, implement, evaluate. A teacherpreneur is someone who can walk that cycle with other people.
